The Knight Group is committed to making theknightgroup.ca usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone in Windsor-Essex to be able to explore listings, learn about the market, and reach our team without barriers.
What we do
- We design and build this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.
- We use semantic page structure, real text (not text baked into images), form fields with labels, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, visible focus states, and alternative text for meaningful images.
- We respect reduced-motion preferences: decorative animation is disabled for visitors who have turned motion off in their device settings.
- We review new pages and features against these practices as the site evolves.
Known limitations
Some content is provided through third-party services, such as embedded video players and mapping or listing tools. These may not fully meet the same standard, and we cannot always control their behaviour.
